Wills Property Maintenance was started by Tom Wills in 2016 after offering carpentry services as a sole trader. A City & Guilds qualified carpenter by trade and the ever ambition to learn, I went on to learn all aspects of building watching various tradespeople on site and asking questions to absorb as much info I possibly could..... I wanted to be the ultimate handyman. 

After learning basic plumbing I attended night college where I gained my level 1 and level 2 City & Guilds diplomas making me now qualified in both carpentry and plumbing. 

Often finding clients asking if i knew someone who could do this...... do i know someone who could do that..... I started dabbling into general building.

I started offering carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Kitchens, Bathrooms and general maintenance services.

I decided to offer my services to reactive maintenance for letting agents & small businesses for their properties where now I service and offer reactive maintenance to various businesses with engineers on the road whenever you require Day or night.
